Simple Ground Beef and Noodle Casserole

Preheat your oven to 3750F (1900C). Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.

While the noodles cook, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and chopped onion. Cook, breaking up the beef with a spoon, until the beef is browned and the onion is softened, about 7-8 minutes. Drain any excess fat.
