Quick One-Pot White Bean and Spinach Pasta
This incredibly easy and healthy one-pot pasta dish is perfect for busy weeknights. Featuring tender pasta, creamy white beans, and fresh spinach, it comes together in under 30 minutes with minimal cleanup.

In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Stir in the vegetable broth, uncooked pasta, rinsed cannellini beans, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Bring the mixture to a boil.
